A: That is really
up to you. We provide a "Web Site Worksheet"
that you can download and print. It helps you nail
down what you hope to accomplish with your web site

| Q: Why do I need
web hosting when I already have a dial-up provider? |
A: Your internet
service provider (ISP) provides you with access to
the internet. A web site hosting service provides
you with on-line space for your web site so it is
accessible by users 24 hours a day. Jett Fuel Productions
provides hosting services with a variety of add-ons
including email accounts and web site statistics.

my web site? |
A: We prefer to
design and maintain web sites for hosting on our own
servers. This is because our servers are already set
up with the tools, gadgets, and gizmos that add functionality
to your web site. We can design and maintain sites
to host elsewhere, but some features of our web site
packages may not be available with other hosts. See

more information. |

| Q: I continuously
get a TON of spam email that I have not asked for.
Does Jett Fuel offer any sort of email filtering? |
A: We have recently
added SpamCop
filtering to our mailserver in addition to using our
own custom spam and virus filtering. We are able to
catch most spam and can customize the filter if spam
manages to get through. The SpamCop filter is updated
continuously and is extremely effective in blocking
spam at the server. |
